Diana de Veer, CVPM joined Brandt Veterinary Clinic on September 11th, of 2000.  Although it wasn't until 1 year later on this date that the Twin Towers were attacked, this date remains ever memorable at our practice for these two reasons.

Diana brought with her a background in airline marketing, training and customer service, human resources in the psychology field, and was the Volunteer and Events Director for one of our local humane societies.  She currently is responsible for the oversight of all areas of the practice from staffing and program development, to facility maintenance, accounting, marketing, advertising, community involvement and most importantly of all, client  and patient care.

In 2008, after two years of study, Diana earned her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager designation, making her 1 of 240 managers in the United States and Canada to hold this title.  This designation requires advance studies and knowledge in the areas of Marketing, Practice Organization, Finance, Law & Ethics and Human Resources.

Diana is mom and best friend to her beautiful Maya, a 12 year old Siberian Husky/Chow Chow mix who is also our clinic's mascot, and her two cats, 18 year old Walnut and 12 year old Cricket.

One thing about Diana, she really cares about you and what is important to you.  Her door is always open to your visit, feedback, questions or to drop in if you just want to say hello.  You will often see her in the lobby or walking around the clinic just to make sure you are having the best experience and your best friend is receiving the best care possible.
